Anne E. LeClair is a passionate, client-centered attorney who strives to provide exceptional service and results in all areas of her practice. Anne’s legal career has focused on trust and estate planning and administration, wherein she has developed substantial expertise is the fields of revocable and irrevocable trust planning and administration, estate litigation, probate administration, real estate and business law.
Anne spent nearly a decade in leadership roles in philanthropic estate planning at established Bay Area organizations, including Santa Clara University and Sutter Health. As a result, she possesses unique expertise in the field of charitable planning, including charitable remainder trusts, donor advised funds and private foundations.
Anne is a proud graduate of both The Ohio State University and Santa Clara University School of Law where she graduated cum laude from both institutions. She has served on several nonprofit boards and has delivered multiple lectures in her field ranging from organizational workshops to large-scale estate planning symposiums.
In her free time, Anne enjoys spending time with her two children, exploring all that the beautiful Bay Area has to offer. Anne is an avid runner, hiking enthusiast and traveler. She is engaged in her community and volunteers her time at her children’s school, parish and other community nonprofit organizations.
